Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Pet Pantry (petpantry.uk). We want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we are here to help make the process as smooth as possible.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a strict 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, pet grooming tools, brushes, accessories, or toys that have been opened, used, or show any signs of wear cannot be accepted for return.
3. How to Start a Return
- Contact our customer support team at support@petpantry.uk to initiate your return request. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@petpantry.uk. We will evaluate the issue right away and make it right by arranging a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
5. Refunds & Processing Time
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the item.
- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically. The credit will be applied back to your original method of payment (such as Stripe or credit card) within 7 business days.
Please note: It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
